September Free Training Week

Charge into Fall with a week of FREE Unlimited Group Training!

This September 5th to September 8th we will be offering some of our most popular group training classes in our fall program free of charge. This September Free Training Week is only available if you are new to Conquer or if you bring a friend. Read about all our fall training programs below and sign up for the free classes online.

Be sure to bring your own mat and water bottle to all training sessions. As a new participant please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the correct form(s) before your first session. These forms can be found on our website at http://conquertraining.guru//participant-forms/ or at our studio at 61 Yonge Street.


Tuesday September 5th


CONQUER POWERSTRIDE

Level: All Levels, pre & postnatal safe
Ages: 18+ years, Women only, babies welcome
Time: 9:30 – 10:30AM

Enjoy the beautiful outdoors with your baby to achieve your pre-pregnancy fitness and beyond. Greatly improve or maintain strength and cardio with low impact exercises to tone your entire body. Babies can attend in a stroller.


CONQUER THE BASICS

Level: Beginners
Ages: 18+ years, Women only
Time: 5:30 – 6:30PM

Ready to conquer the first step to fitness? If you are a fitness beginner this program will teach you new fitness essential topics weekly. Improve overall fitness through a combination of exercises that strengthen your entire body.


CONQUER BOOTCAMP

Level: All Levels
Ages: 18+ years, Coed
Time: 6:30 – 7:30PM

Join this workout to make everything of the time that you take for yourself. A series of high intensity drills will build strength, cardio & full body tone. Be challenged physically and mentally and be proud of what you accomplish.


Wednesday September 6th


CONQUER WAKE UP 

Level: Intermediate to Advance
Ages: 18+ years, Coed
Time: 6:15 – 7:00AM

Start your day off right with Conquer Wake Up! This is the perfect opportunity to try boxing, metabolic and boot camp style workouts all in one class. A variety of high intensity training will improve your endurance, coordination and strength.


CONQUER BOXING for Women

Level: Intermediate to Advance
Ages: 18+ years, Women only
Time: 9:30am-10:30am

Take your fitness to an entirely new level with all the boxing basics: one-one pad work, heavy bag drills and intense bodyweight exercises. No contact involved and no experience necessary to improve your endurance, balance and coordination.


CONQUER MOBILITY

Level: All Levels, pre & postnatal safe
Ages: 18+ years, Coed
Time: 10:30 – 11:30AM

A series of guided and gentle movements will leave you feeling strong, rejuvenated and relaxed. This stretching class will focus on recovery and strength to increase your mobility, balance, overall health and well-being.


CONQUER PRENATAL

Level: All Levels, pre & postnatal safe
Ages: 18+ years, Prenatal women
Time: 4:30 – 5:30PM

Experience the many benefits of exercising during pregnancy to ensure you are in the best shape possible for the labour and delivery of your baby. Try our prenatal safe workouts to improve posture and alignment for a faster delivery & recovery.


Thursday September 7th


CONQUER TABATA

Level: Advance
Ages: 18+ years, Coed
Time: 9:30 – 10:30AM

This class will help you achieve your top fitness performance. Quick full body and high intensity drills will target your muscle tone and cardiovascular strength pushing you to your limit. Take pride as you complete these challenging workouts.


CONQUER BARRE & CORE

Level: Intermediate, pre & postnatal safe
Ages: 18+ years, Women only
Time: 5:00 – 6:00PM

This fun and unique class proves that you do not need to be a dancer to witness the many fitness benefits of using the ballet barre. Functional, Pilates and dance inspired movements will improve posture, alignment, core stability and flexibility.


CONQUER METABOLIC

Level: Advance
Ages: 18+ years, Coed
Time: 6:30 – 7:30PM

Join this total body workout for the muscle-building benefits of resistance training with the fat-burning benefits of interval training. Alternate between high-intensity and short rest periods to supercharge your metabolism.


Friday September 8th


CONQUER STUDIO TRAIN

Level: All Levels
Ages: 18+ years, Women only
Time: 9:30 – 10:30AM

Get ready to take every muscle in your body to fatigue! This fun and challenging workout will improve your strength, endurance and overall fitness. You will finish a session and be proud of what you accomplished – every time!
